After fifteen years of applying research and development to retaining walls, Herb has perfected a concrete wall concept that defies environmental destruction for homes in the path of hurricanes and tornadoes. The Product
Strength is the core of this 7 inch thick, 12 inch tall and 3 foot long, 250 pound high density concrete block. Precision molded tongue and groove design ensures perfect alignment and lateral stability of each segment of the wall. Epoxy injected between the tongue and groove of each block seals out wind, water and pests. The exterior has a variety of surfaces for the appearance of the structure, such as stamped in concrete stone appearance or a scratch surface to accept directly applied stucco. Not only will you feel the comfort of solid, quiet, concrete walls but you will enjoy the R-15 comfort of the 3 inch thick Styrofoam insulation that is molded directly onto the interior side of each block. All of this technology means we can build it fast and build it strong.
